Welcome to Marion County, AR, in heart of the Ozark Mountains!

Flippin and the County seat, Yellville, are in the area shown as
 above.
Yellville is the
County seat of Marion County. Flippin is about 8 miles East of
Yellville. There is a new loop with bypasses the city of Flippin and comes
out just about where you turn to go South to Rea Valley where our
tracts of land are located. If you go North from Flippin, you will reach
Bull Shoals where you will find Bull Shoals Lake. It is a clear bottom
lake
with almost 1000 feet of shoreline in two states (AR + MO). To the East
of Flippin is Mountain Home which is a larger community in Baxter
County. Mountain Home has a college and regional medical center.
To the
West of Yellville is Harrison, another larger town with
more shopping and an airport. A privately owned airport is
being built South of Branson, MO. which will serve these
communities in Arkansas as well as Branson and other areas
in Missouri. This airport will allow folks to fly into this area
of the Ozarks from all over the US. The airport is
scheduled to be completed in May of 2009
