There is a nice level area on the 25AC that has already been partially cleared as a
home used to be on this site.  There are nice trees along the drive and power
poles for electric on the property.

This is a nice piece of land which we would be glad to keep for ourselves if the 40±AC
sells alone.  That would make us neighbors someday although we may not move
AR for years.  We are currently active in the real estate market in Canton, TX.
