There is a nice big area of level land on the top of the
mountain at
the top of the drive up. This area includes a seasonal pond and native
grass, plus lots of trees. Some would need to be taken down in order
to build up at the peak of the property. There used to be a drive
down the back side of the mountain, opposite the drive up, but
it is no longer used and so it would only be passable by four wheeler.
